How do I book a home massage online, step by step?
Most clients book in under 2 minutes. Create a free account, buy a massage code for a 30-minute back massage, choose your own masseuse, and book a time that fits your schedule. You’ll get an email confirmation, while your professional receives the booking details by email and text. Codes are fully refundable until used.
What is a “massage code” and how do I use it?
A massage code is your proof of purchase for a 30-minute back massage. When your masseuse or masseur arrives, provide the code before the session starts. They’ll enter it on the Instant Masseuse website to confirm the appointment. If the code is not used, it remains fully refundable.
Can I choose my masseuse or see who brings a table?
Yes. Browse local masseuses and masseurs, view profiles, and filter by availability, gender, or whether they bring their own massage table. Choose the person and time that fit your needs — you stay in control of who you book and when they arrive.
Can I cancel or reschedule my at-home massage?
Yes. You can cancel your appointment from your booking page. To reschedule, cancel your current appointment first, then book another available day or time. Your masseuse or masseur will receive the new appointment details by email and text.
Do I need to provide a massage table, or does the pro bring one?
Some massage providers bring a massage table, while others may offer chair, couch, or standing options. Use the “brings a table” filter on the Search page to find the setup you prefer. You can also message them through the platform to confirm before your appointment.
How do professionals get paid, and when?
Payouts are sent every Friday via PayPal. Your payment will be sent to the email address on your Instant Masseuse account, so please make sure you can receive PayPal payments at that email. Each completed appointment, confirmed by the client’s massage code, pays $55 for a 30-minute session.
